I just wanna ask what is the difference between ” gakkou wa doko ni arimasu ka? And gakkou wa doko desu ka”? Which of them is more polite?

The proper sentence is Yoko ni wa arimasen. Of course in actual conversation, you can still use Yoko ni arimasen although it is not proper.
