The &quot;no&quot; that appears at the end of a sentence (ie. Mada hana ni mizu o yatteinai no) is something like asking a question in an impolite format. Remember the tone for the &quot;no&quot; should be high tone to represent a question.

If I use the above example in a polite format, then it will be :
Mada hana ni mizu o yatte imasen ka?
