Today, I would like to review back what we have learned previously by Question & Answer. I will post the questions in English at the bottom and all you need to do is post your answers in Romaji (Japanese) in the comment. I will then let your know whether it is wrong or right.
Why I am doing this is because practical is an important factor to keep what we have learned in mind.
Here we go :
Example : My Question - What is this? Your Answer in comment - Kore wa nan desu ka?
Q1 - This is my pencil
Q2 - This is my car
Q3 - Is that your wallet?
Q4 - Yes, it is mine
Q5 - No, that is not my pencil
Q6 - Whose book is this?
Q7 - This book belongs to my younger brother
Q8 - That new car costs 100,000 yen
Q9 - Is this table heavy?
Q10 - How old is your elder brother?
Q11 - Your bag is in my father’s car
Q12 - I have a brown wallet as well as (and also) an expensive pen

The answers should be :
1. You are Correct
2. It should be “Kore” instead of “Kono” (similar to Q1)
3. Your are Correct
4. You are Correct
5. You can use that too although it is “Iie, Sore wa watashi no enpitsu dewa arimasen”

its been a month since I started self-studying japanese and only been 3-4 days since I found this site. Great lessons here…simple and easy to understand. thanks. hope youll have time to check my answers…hehe. im pretty serious in learning japanese. ^_^

It is glad to see you trying to answer all by yourself eventhough there are answers above. Here’s the correction :
7.kono hon wa watashi no otouoto no
hondesu.8.ano shin sha / atarashii kuruma wa jūman
hyaku senen desu.We don’t use “shin” with the word “kuruma” but rather “atarashii kuruma”. However, “shin” does use when expressing “new car” which called “Shin Sha (新車)
For Japanese and Chinese, 100 Thousand is called “jūman” where “10,000″ is “ichiman”. They only use “sen (thousand)” for 1,000 only
9.kono tsukue wa omoi
baatsuidesu ka?Did you spell “Baatsui” correctly? Not sure what is “Baatsui”.
10.anata no oniisan
otouotosanwa ikutsu desu ka?“Otōtosan” means “Younger Brother” where “Oniisan” means “Elder Brother”
11.anata no kaban wa
naka nichichi no kuruma no naka nidesuarimasu.In Japanese, we cannot translate directly from each English word. In this case, the “naka ni” should comes after the “kuruma”
12.Chairoi saifu
